Jonah's Birthday

Jonah just turned the big 6. He decided that he wanted to go mini-golfing at Toad's with the guys. I think that they had fun!

Lagoon

For Randy's birthday...the big 36...we took the kids to Lagoon. Emma and Jonah had a good time on the little rides, while the big boys went on all the big rides.
Time for a train ride!
Alex wasn't very excited about the train. Apparently he is too big for a train ride!

Jonah and Emma loved the Merry-go-round!

Jonah was so excited to go on the bumper cars.

Emma really liked this ride. She was just barely tall enough!

Ahh. The little boats...they have been at Lagoon forever, but Emma had a blast ringing the bell.

I think that Jonah likes driving. He made sure that he went all the car rides!

It was a really hot day. We started at Lagoon-a-beach right when the park opened and stayed until the park closed. It was a long day, but we had a lot of fun!!!!!

The Narrows

I know that I am behind on posting, but we have been a very busy family! So many things have been happening this summer. Randy is going to school and has recently changed jobs, I am working full time (still), the kids are going to a new daycare, and school starts in a week! Even with all the craziness, we were still able to have some fun. Over the 24th of July weekend we went to St. George and the guys went hiking in the Narrows.
The water was pretty deep. The rangers told them that if they saw clouds, they needed to get out fast! If it rains they could get stranded or worse!!!

What studly outdoorsmen!!!

Happy 4th of July

Independence Day

The 4th of July weekend was tons of fun. We had lots of family time and watching the fireworks was great.
On the 3rd, we went to Logan to watch the Fireworks at Romney Stadium. It was lots of fun. The weather was great and the entertainment was good too.
On the 4th, we spent the day at my sister Dawnelle's house. The kids swam on the big slide, we barbequed hamburgers, had smores, and did fireworks. Travis also taught Jonah how to ride a two-wheeler. Jarrod and Lynette brought their new baby girl Makayla. She is so beautiful. It was so much fun to hold a brand new baby. No one panic...I don't want another baby. I will live vicariously thru my sister-in-law. We had a great time!!
