Soccer Star

Like always we have been very busy. The last couple of months have been filled with work, school, soccer conditioning and tryouts. Alex made the JV soccer team at Weber High. We are so proud of him. He is a very hard worker and takes his soccer very seriously.

Here are a few pics from the high school blog:

Poppy-seed Chicken

I think that I have had this recipe on the blog before, but it's really good, so I thought that I would share it again. Plus, it's so easy!

5 cups cooked diced chicken
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tbsp poppy seeds
1 stick butter (1/2 cup) melted
2 sleeves Ritz Crackers

Spread chicken out in a 13x9 pan. Mix soup and sour cream together. Spread mixture on top of chicken. Crush crackers and mix in butter and poppy seeds. Spread this on top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
