2 weeks ago, Alex hurt himself running track. Well, he is back with a vengence. He ran in a meet yesterday and he kicked butt. He ran the 4x400 relay and Orion came in first. His coach said that he and his partner had the best hand-off which helped them alot. His next event was the 800 meter. Let me say that Alex is NOT a long distance runner. He is a sprinter. With all that said, he came in 2nd overall and 1st in his school. He was amazing.
After the track meet, we all went to Salt Lake for a soccer game. They won!!! It was a great afternoon. I am so proud of Alex and what he has accomplished. He is a very talented and dedicated young man and I know that he will go far.
CONGRATULATIONS ALEX! YOU DID GREAT!!!
