Time for our family fireworks celebration. It has become a tradition for all of us to go over to Dawnelle's house for the day and have a BBQ and lots of fireworks.
Alex was helping fill up water balloons.
Preston helped too. It took a couple of hours to get a cooler of balloons filled.
Rylee and Emma spent time splashing around in the pool. They had spray bottles that they could have used as water guns, but they decided to pour water over each other's heads instead.
Rylee was concentrating really hard! She sat on the side of the pool and tried to kick water on those of us watching from the side lines.
After a while the water got too cold and Emma needed to snuggle with Daddy to get warm.
Dawnelle started involving EVERYONE in the water fight! She "borrowed" Rylee's squirt bottle and chased the kids around the yard. When I say kids, I mean Jarrod, Randy,and Grandpa too!

Now that dinner and the water fight is over, time to sit out front and let the kids ride bikes. Alex is chilling out.

We had a great time visiting and watching the fireworks. Can't wait until next year!
